Welcome to Synaptive. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Services Provided

Synaptive provides digital design, web development, and digital strategy services. The specifics of any project, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will be transferred to you. Synaptive retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) dictates otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. We reserve the right to pause ongoing work or withhold final deliverables if payment is delayed.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synaptive or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the software we develop.
